Local Shipping

How much does delivery cost?

Local delivery is FREE and orders received before 5pm will be eligible for next-day delivery.

What are your delivery timings for local orders?

10am - 1pm | 2pm - 5pm | 6pm - 10pm.
Please indicate your preference for delivery timings under “additional information” at checkout.

How do I qualify for next-day delivery?

Please place your order before 5pm for next-day delivery.

You may then let the courier know if you wish to leave the package at your desired location, OR if you prefer to reschedule the delivery.

What happens if I place my order on a Thursday or Saturday, before 5pm?

For orders placed on Thursday, delivery will be on Saturday, from 10am.

For orders placed on Saturdays, delivery will be made the following Monday, from 10am.

What happens if I place my order on a Saturday after 12pm?

Your delivery will be scheduled for the coming Tuesday, from 10am.

What to do if no one is home to receive the package?

Our courier will be giving you a call for further instructions or to reschedule the delivery.

Rescheduled Deliveries

Missed deliveries will be automatically rescheduled to the next available date. For special arrangements, please contact us via info@tempest.sg 

What do I do if I miss the call from the courier?

Our couriers will call you to arrange for a new delivery timing.

International Shipping

Great news! Our international shipping cost have been lowered and made more economical for our international friends.

Delivery Fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

All orders will take 1-2 working days to process.

 

How much will international shipping cost?

Shipping costs are dependent on the package weight. Take note that desk mats are heavy, and are therefore more expensive to ship.

How long will it take?

Generally, orders will take between 3-10 working days. We will be using DHL’s Express Services.

How do I track my order?

A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been arranged for pickup.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping costs have increased due to limited international flights.

All of our products go through stringent quality checks and are shipped directly from Singapore.

Rest assured that we are working continuously to ensure shipping costs remain fair amidst the global crisis.

Do I have to pay for customs/import fees?

Yes, any type of Customs/Import/VAT fees are to be borne by the customer.

Please check your country’s regulations in order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

My orders have been shipped. Can I still change or cancel my order?

We will be unable to change or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

Returns for International Customers

You will have to bear the returns cost from your country to us (Singapore).

Do not worry! For defective products out-of-the-box, do contact our support team and we will be able to help you out at no additional cost.

 

Return Policy

Returns 

Our Return Policy applies only to products that are unused and in the same condition that you have received it. The products must also be returned in their original packaging and must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

The Return Period for products eligible for a return is 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

Only keyboards and cables may be returned under this Return Policy. All other items including keycaps and give-away (or similar free-of-charge) products are non-returnable. 

Your product is returnable if it meets the following condition:

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that there may a processing time period before the completion of any refund under this Return Policy. 

Late or missing refunds 

Please contact us at info@tempest.sg if your refund is still pending after 14 days from the day of your refund request. 

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tempest SG Pte. Ltd., LTC Building C, 14 Arumugam Road, #08-04, Singapore 409959. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
